For hygiene reasons, swimsuits fall into the same category as underwear and cannot be returned or exchanged, according to current legislation and internal safety and hygiene policies.

Please carefully consult the size guide or contact us before purchase for any questions.

Handmade dresses:

Makala dresses are handmade from carefully selected natural materials. Being artisanal and unique products, please understand that we cannot accept returns if the product has been worn or shows signs of use.

We accept returns only if:

• The product has manufacturing defects.
• The return is requested within 14 days of receipt.
• The product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered: impeccable, unused, without odors or signs of wear.

Return shipping:

The return shipping cost is generally borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
